Sandie Eichberg

Sandie Eichberg has more than twenty years experience in volunteer engagement with an emphasis on the Jewish community. She has taught webinars and online courses in volunteer engagement for synagogues, served as Program Director of a large synagogue, Volunteer Coordinator for Jewish Family Service, and Public Relations Director of a Jewish Federation. Her work in social service agencies resulted in the growth of the volunteer corps from 60 to 1,000 volunteers. Sandie co-wrote Boomer Volunteer Engagement: Collaborate Today, Thrive Tomorrow with Jill Friedman Fixler.  As an associate of JFFixler & Associates, Sandie specializes in synagogue volunteer engagement.

Joshua Fixler

Joshua Fixler has experience in grassroots organizing, young adult leadership development, engaging youth and young adults in social justice work, program development, and synagogue organizational management.  As an associate of JFFixler & Associates, Joshua specializes in Web 2.0 and the use of social networking technology for volunteer engagement.

Linda Puckett

Linda Puckett served as Development Director and Executive Director for several human service organizations in Colorado prior to joining JFFixler & Associates.  She has extensive knowledge and 30 plus years of experience in the areas of fund development, board development, financial management, personnel management, strategic planning, program design and evaluation, and conference and meeting planning.  As Director of Client Relations for JFFixler & Associates, Linda serves as a primary client liaison and manages contract logistics related to communication, timelines and deliverables.

Jennifer Rackow

Jennifer Rackow's private practice and work with JFFixler & Associates focus on performance measurement and entrepreneurial business planning. Jennifer brings thirteen years of partnership and program development experience from the for-profit, nonprofit, and government sectors, including substantial work with the national service programs AmeriCorps*VISTA and Senior Corps. She has coached more than a dozen entrepreneurs and their teams from start-up to success.

As a Senior Engagement Strategist for JFFixler& Associates, Jennifer often leads the development of the firm's institutes, retreats, evaluation tools, and coaching strategies. She regularly presents volunteer engagement workshops at statewide, regional, and national conferences. Her most recently published articles include: The Volunteer Asset in an Uncertain Economy; The Individual Volunteer Plan: Developing Top Talent; and Measuring Volunteer Program Results.

Christine Soto

Christine Soto served as the Vice President of Programs at The Denver Foundation where she had oversight of three grant making programs awarding $5 million annually. Prior to The Denver Foundation, Christine served as the Executive Director of Girls Incorporated of Metro Denver. Her 34 year career in the not-for-profit sector has included being a counselor/educator in a family planning clinic, a caseworker/volunteer manager in a mentoring program, and twelve years as an Executive Director. As an associate of JFFixler & Associates, Christine specializes in board development and strategic planning.

Beth Steinhorn

Beth Steinhorn currently serves as a nonprofit executive and consultant. She has 25 years experience in nonprofit organizations as a consultant, lecturer, manager, marketing director, trainer, evaluator/researcher, and program director. She has worked with museums, education agencies, faith-based organizations, health and human services organizations, volunteer centers, universities, and others. She is a highly regarded researcher and speaker and has travelled throughout the US and Canada as a lecturer. In addition to presenting at local and regional conferences, Beth has edited and published many articles and books, including serving as editor for Jill Friedman Fixler's book, Boomer Volunteer Engagement: Collaborate Today, Thrive Tomorrow. She brings her expertise in evaluation and communications to ensure that organizations present clear and effective messages that fit the needs of their multiple audiences. As Senior Volunteer Engagement Strategist with JFFixler & Associates, Beth specializes in volunteer engagement, marketing, communications, and research.
