Coaching for Results

Through coaching, JFFixler Group supports and inspires individuals and teams as they work toward their desired results. JFFixler Group offers coaching at multiple levels, including individual coaching of senior-level staff and team coaching for groups and task forces responsible for implementing volunteer engagement initiatives. We coach pilot teams and staff groups, providing the accountability and focus they need to coalesce as a team and achieve progress and results.
