JFFixler Group begins the process by facilitating a strategic planning retreat for key board leaders and staff. At the full-day retreat, the team:

Clarifies the mission, vision, and values
Identifies critical issues
Develops the goals, objectives, and key tasks of the plan

The retreat provides context and content for writing the plan.

Following the retreat, the team turns to the writing process.
